How Regrets Can Help You Wise Up

Remember, regrets waste daily energy like an electrical device that is not switched off. Regrets are, in essence, self-punishing stories we tell ourselves over and over again about what we did wrong. We need to work through them, let them go, and reclaim the energy.
How? Write down your three biggest regrets. With each one, close your eyes, feel into it, acknowledge the discomfort, accept responsibility, forgive yourself, and sit with it until it slowly fades away.
To make them go away forever, flip the narrative: How was it a blessing in disguise? Accept the counter-narrative, feel into it. Your attitude will change.
Rinse and repeat.
Healing regrets is all about self-forgiveness, self-responsibility, and self-empowerment. As you work through your stuff, you wise up.
